Positive: The Atlantico Apartments are located about 400m from the beach in Portimão. Our apt was located on the 2nd floor on the west side. Underground parking or surface level available. The apt was clean & reasonably well appointed, with A/C in the main bedroom. All appliances worked well. The apartment is well situated in Portimão, with easy access to Alvor. Helder, who manages the apartment met us at the beginning & end of our stay, & is delightful. Positive and welcoming, he provided useful information about the area & was extremely helpful.
Negative: Unfortunately the apartments are located next to a dual carriageway that was used as a race track some evenings. The pool is on the road side of the block, which doesn’t make it the most relaxing of environments.
Summary: Good accommodation near the beach with an excellent host.
