Calm and tranquility in a peaceful little rural residential hamlet nestled on the edge of fields & meadows, in the hollow of a pleasant hilly, bucolic & green rural setting, a stone's throw from several forests (including the nearby Bois des Claies). 2 km from the heart of the village of Flacey-en-Bresse with a city stadium and a mini playground for children. Spacious, comfortable gîte. Pleasant contemporary country character mixed with the relaxing & exotic atmosphere of an old country house. Large exposed gravel terrace, laid out "on the courtyard", completed by a traditional sheltered passageway (running alongside the house). Enclosed land including a large courtyard (literally a natural pétanque ground!) & a small garden area. Beautiful open view of the surrounding countryside with the Jura mountains in the background.
