Cape Cod style house modernly vamped, two stories, front Patio facing Bay with seating area and BBQ amentiies, two additional patios upstairs. Cozy downstairs living with fireplace, has 4 bedrooms, and an open additional sleeping area / sleeps 12... with a rear attached apartment 1 bed room and roomy great room. Beach house has 6 baths w/shower and an additional outside shower. Recently remodeled and in great condition for a far away vacation or staycation !!!
