Positive: All rooms felt spacious and the bifold doors into the rear garden really expanded the living space. Convenience of a shop just around the corner and takeaway food options at the top of the street. 2 good sized bathrooms, en suite shower room and downstairs toilet definitely made the stay easier to negotiate with 10 of us.
Negative: Limited on street parking for large groups. Dining room table only seats 3 and not enough cutlery for 10 people (just brought my own extras).
Summary: Lovely place for a large group as a base camp
