CHECKIN & CHECKOUT
Check-in is done remotely, with password or key, depending on local availability, between 2PM and 5PM. On the day of your arrival, at 1PM, we will send you the password. It is important that you have Wi-fi to receive them. If you need a different time, please let us know as soon as possible. We love to help!
All guests need to be identified, for local and company security, so when 2 days are missing for their arrival, we will reinforce the request of photo documents. Don’t worry, your data is protected by LGPD.
Checkout is autonomous, just turn off the appliances and close the door before leaving. Our maid will arrive at 12PM to clean your accommodation for the next family.
