This cheery Soundfront cottage makes for a great fishing retreat and is a relaxing getaway from life. Bay Watcher is a 3 Bedroom, 3 Bath, Soundfront home equipped with High Speed Wireless Internet for your convenience!
Ground Level: Two covered patios with seating are available for your enjoyment! One is located directly off the driveway, under the house and the second is located just around the house on the soundfront! A full bathroom and a 2nd refrigerator are available for your convenience.
Level One: has an open living and dining area as well as the kitchen with bar seating. The spacious Kitchen Area has a Microwave, Dishwasher and dinette table with seating for two. The Dining Area has a table for six and sliding doors to the outside deck. Bedroom #1 has 1 King Bed, Private Bath and Flat Screen TV.
Level Two: Take the spiral stairs up a floor where you will find Bedroom #2 has a Queen bed and Flat Screen TV. Bedroom #3 has 2 Twin Beds and a Flat Screen TV. Full bath on the second floor as well!
Additional Amenities Private Dock, 4 Color Cable TVs, 2 Blu-Ray Players with wifi, Microwave, Dishwasher, Washer/Dryer. Bathroom located on ground level eliminating having to go upstairs when enjoying the outdoors. 2nd refrigerator on ground level as well. Open and covered Decks with Furniture. Charcoal Grill.
Linens and Towels Provided with Beds Made (Weekly stays only)
No Smoking. This property participates in our Pets Stay Free Program. (2 dogs Max).
Rents weekly from Sunday to Sunday. Available for 2 night rentals, off-season only.
