Positive: The house was nicely appointed, comfortable (except for the beds) and gave adequate space for our group.
Negative: There was sand between the bed sheets in 1 of the beds which questions whether the sheet were changed in all the other beds. Nice coffee maker but no filters, only 1 bathroom had hand soap but none had wash cloths or hand towels. Better instructions on what to bring along would have been helpful. Communications is good but sometimes it can be over done to the point you're tried of reading the same thing to many times and a little mis understood. IE information regarding the required state form to be completed.
