Summary: Started at check in. Communication was difficult to nearly impossible due to language barrier. Requested a second key and was refused. They stated not available. Room was terrible. On entry you could smell pot. Stains and cigarette burns on the bed sheets and mascara on the pillows. Kitchen items were tumble stacked and not clean. Mop and bucket in the middle of the floor in the bathroom floor. Smoke detector on the night table. We saw enough. Returned their precious key and went to a hotel in Red Deer. I didn’t even bother complaining to the front desk as they didn’t understand English anyway A disgusting motel. The good reviews for this hotel are clearly misleading.
