Positive: The home had a large kitchen, dining and living space so for 6 of us -- it was perfect.
Negative: I was surprised at how uncomfortable the beds were. We had 4 teenagers who in some cases sleep on their friends floors when they stay over and 3 out of the 4 guys mentioned how uncomfortable the beds were. It seemed like everyone kept switching beds trying to find one that wasn't hard. The master suite's bed needs to be replaced. We stayed in the queen bed room with a private bathroom and thought that was probably the best bed out of the lot. Also, the description lists this location as beach front. It is not since there is a rather large home between this home and the beach which is very misleading. We wouldn't have paid as much as we had -- if we realized it wasn't directly on the beach.
Summary: Close to a gorgeous beach but paid way too much for a not so comfortable bed situation.
