The Bottom floor unit has a cosy beachy feel w partial Ocean view from the living room. This apartment is comfortable and private. Separate front and rear sitting areas + front yard. full of beautiful green grass. Plenty of space to enjoy your Extended Stay Vacation.

A signed Liability Waiver is required prior to access.
Gym is discretionary and not apart of the rental agreement and can be revoked at anytime.
