Welcome to our charming hideaway in Ribeirão da Ilha, a picturesque neighborhood on the southern tip of Florianópolis. The place is surrounded by lush nature and enjoys one of the most beautiful sunsets in the city!
The property's garden is a true oasis, with a large lawn surrounded by vegetation, fruit trees and direct access to the beach. There is also an outdoor fireplace, perfect for sharing good times with friends and family.

- There is space to park up to 3 cars and the spots are covered.

Note: although *access* to the beach is private, the beach itself is not private, allowing the presence of other people in neighboring areas.
