Villa Kaitak is a beautiful and stylish detached villa offering fantastic sea views, beautiful outdoor spaces, a private swimming pool and is just a 10-15 minute walk to the centre of Kalkan. The Accommodation:
Ground Floor
Entering the property on the ground floor there is a bright and airy open plan kitchen and living area. Floor to ceiling patio doors floor the area with light and allow access directly out onto the pool terrace. The contemporary kitchen is very well equipped, features marble worktops and a fantastic island breakfast bar- which looks out over the pool terrace. The living area is comfortably furnished with armchairs, sofas, a wall mounted flatscreen TV and fireplace. An elegant spiral staircase leads up to the first and second floors.
Also on this ground floor level there is a good size double bedroom with adjacent bathroom. This bedroom has access directly out onto the pool terrace.
First Floor:
On this level there are two en-suite bedrooms: a master double and twin bedroom. Each bedroom is a good size, stylishly furnished and has access out onto a large shared balcony- from which there are beautiful panoramic views over the bay.
Roof Terrace:
Villa Kaitaks roof terrace is the perfect place to relax and take in the views- day or night! A canopy provides shade during the day, but by night enjoy watching the beautiful sun sets from your very own bar! The views from the roof terrace are stunning and there's even a fridge- making it easy to prepare your favourite tipple.
Outside:
The villa is afforded a good deal of privacy from neighbouring properties with mature planting and shrubbery. The square shaped pool (approx 6m x 6m) has Roman steps with handrail for easy access and is surrounded by spacious sunbathing terraces. There is also an al fresco dining area, custom built large stone BBQ and outside pool shower.
The villa is in a peaceful location yet is only a 10-15 minute walk to the centre of Kalkan and just a few minutes walk to the weekly Thursday market.
