CHALET 10, is located in the second row of Condomínio Verde Mar.
Condomínio Verde Mar is composed of 25 chalets.
The leisure area is composed of swimming pool, garden and toy for children, games room and soccer field (lawn).

Lower part of the Chalet (01 Bedroom):
Bedroom (lower part of the Chalet): The downstairs bedroom is equipped with 01 double bed and three single beds and toilet outside the bedroom.
In the lower part of the Chalet there is an American kitchen, equipped with refrigerator, stove, micro-dishes, ice-cream, dishes and cutlery.
Outside there is a kiosk and a barbecue.
CHALET 10 has a balcony with a view of the sea.
We have ample parking.
The beach is highly pleasant and quiet, ideal for bathing with children.
The Chalet is duplex composed of barbecue and support hut.
We provide Bed and Bath Linen according to contract rules.
