Beautiful contemporary villa of 130 m2 which can accommodate 8 people. Located in the town of Médis (17600) in a quiet wooded area 2 minutes from Royan and 10 minutes from the beaches and shops.
The villa is on a plot of 900 m2 with large private parking which is fenced with an electric gate. The land is landscaped with an 8X4 swimming pool heated to 28 ° from April to September with massage nozzles and inflatable accessories. Large 80 m2 terrace with its dining area with parasol and sunbathing.
Internally the villa is composed of 3 bedrooms, 2 WCs, two bathrooms including a master suite of 20 m2 with double bed 140 + TV and integrated cupboard, shower room + WC.
The two bedrooms of 14 m2 double bed of 140 with TV and built-in wardrobe. The three bedrooms overlooking the swimming pool with bay window. The second bathroom with shower tray facing the two bedrooms.
