The epitome of Hamptons excellence, this 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom was renovated in Spring 2024. All brand new bathrooms, kitchen, windows, floors and heated pool. Tastefully decorated by Restorarion Hardware. Freshly painted, this vacation rental has all new bedding, linens, pillows, towels etc. Over-sized living area with vaulted ceilings and Anderson sliders leading to the deck. Living area is adjacent to the open dining area which includes a brand new Restoration Hardware seven foot dining set overlooking the pool. Over-sized Master Suite with an en-suite bath and walk-in closet. Brand new queen size Serta mattress. The first guest room has a queen size Beauty Rest mattress with sliding doors out to the swimming pool and deck. The second guest room has two twin pillow top beds. Both guest rooms have over-sized closets for plenty of storage. Brand new Sealy pillows in every room. House sleeps six comfortably. Situated on nearly an acre of pure serenity, lay pool-side or venture and greet celebrity neighbors. If dining in is your preference, cook in this chefs kitchen with brand new Samsung appliances and a brand new Charbroil BBQ. Or eat out with some of the best restaurant's just minutes away. Shop in East Hampton which is less than ten minutes away with its world renowned shops or visit the country's second best beach, Main Beach for a swim in the ocean. Or for a quieter day, Sammy's beach is a short distance (approximately ¼ mile) away. Close to Cedar Point Park and centrally located to Sag Harbor, Montauk, Amagansett, Southampton, Sagaponack, Water Mill, Wainscott and Bridgehampton. No smoking and no pets. You will feel completely at home here in the Hampton's!.

Summary: This home is as described and well equipped. We booked a last minute trip. Anthony met us at the house, showed us around and was available if we needed him (we did not which is always a plus). The location of the property was quiet but definitely need a car if you are planning on leaving the house as everything is 10+ minutes by car. We would recommend that you familiarize yourself with beach rules as a non-resident if plan on a trip. We plan on returning!!!
