The space
Conveniently located close to the HWYs 5, 405, 73 in a serene and quiet neighborhood, the spacious, remodeled and upgraded one-story, 3 bedrooms/ 2 full bath house (one master bedroom with a queen size bed and two spacious beautiful bedrooms with a queen size bed and a queen size sofa-bed).
The living room with large TV, dining room with a fireplace combined with the kitchen, which is available for your use. It is fully stocked for home cooking;
Our backyard with a big gorgeous pool, fruit trees garden with birds, an outdoor full kitchen and grill for outdoor cooking is very quiet and private, It was made for relaxation, meditation and a quick escape from the noisy world.
Short term( 1-3-6 months)lease is available
Guest access
the entire house is available for guests;
the garage space is available for laundry ONLY for 1-6 months lease guests
We cover 2 BTU/ 25 kwt per day; any extra usage for heating a pool/spa will be guest's responsibility, based on the charges from the electrical and gas companies.
Long -term guests pay their own utilities. The compliance with SDGE warnings during hot days or hours to reduce the usage is mandatory.
Our house is NOT for parties, gatherings, celebrations;
Absolutely no smoking of any kind inside the house; the usage of marihuana is not allowed anywhere on the property: we kindly ask to look for different arrangements.

Please, note, that the bathroom/tub/ shower is European style without an additional wall and is a part of the
