Our property is a 200 acre horse farm, great for anyone wanting convenience to Beaver Stadium, downtown and University Park Airport (2.6 miles away). All linens towels are provided. Upper floor has 3 bedrooms and a full bath. Bedroom #1: queen bed, Bedroom #2: queen bed, Bedroom #3: 5 twin beds. First floor includes: 1 bedroom with queen bed & twin day bed, full bath with standing shower plus full size jacuzzi, living room with pullout sofa and 2 additional sofas. basement bedroom with king bed. Also great room both with HD TV, washer and dryer. Wifi Outdoor patio with fire pit & gas grill. Dogs welcome with property owners prior approval. Kenneling for your dog to the Royal Pet Resort is also available. We offer guided horseback riding trail rides, horseback riding lessons & farm tours.
