Off street parking for 2 vehicles. Full access to our backyard garden oasis, including private deck w/ gas BBQ grill, and fire pit, outdoor seating/dining, artistic/creative space full of great vibes and a view of the Peak! Beautiful and enjoyable during any season! Comfortable and clean living area stocked with games, movies, and fun! Short and long term rental possible depending upon availability. Please no smoking inside.

Great access to Colorado College (2 blocks) & Downtown Colorado Springs! Less than a 10 minute drive to Old Colorado City & Manitou Springs shops and entertainment, Garden of the Gods, Cave of the Winds, Colorado Springs Fine Arts Center, Bear Creek Dog Park. Summary: Fantastic lication and super clean. Had a workshop on the campus of Colorado College all week. Easy walk to campus! Home is clean and cozy. We had plenty of room for the two of us. Great kitchen with everything I needed for meals. Easy interactions with owners via site. Thank you!
