Newly renovated and decorated, sleeps 8, located 1 mile from Sandy Neck Beach. Sandy Neck beach has a lot to offer, whether you come to soak up the sun, beachcomb, swim, or take a drive out directly onto the beach (permit required). It's all just a hop, skip, and a jump from the house!
Recent Update:
- the beaches are open. There is a concession stand at the beach so no need to pack your lunch or snacks.
- they have put in a sidewalk that runs from our house to the beach, so it is now easy to walk or bike to the beach
- the central AC is brand new, replaced in the spring of 2020
Sandy Neck Beach is 1 mile away, parking pass included for your stay. Beach has trademark dunes, beautiful ocean front, showers and concession stand. This saves you $20 per day.
The house has 4 bedrooms, an eat-in (seats 8) chef's kitchen (large island, granite counter tops), family room with 60'' tv (with cable), formal living room, and rec room with a pool table and 48'' TV with cable). Bedrooms have king (master with en-suite), 1 queen, and 4 twin beds. 3 full baths. Washer and dryer on sight. Wifi, cable, central AC.
Spend your days at the beach and come home to barbecue (weber grill) in the back yard. Seating for 8 outside. Neighborhood tennis court is in walking distance. A play structure with slide and swings make it great for kids. Lots to do in the area or lounge comfortably at home.
Some restaurants and shopping within walking distance, otherwise short ride to experience everything the Cape has to offer. There are grocery stores (Stop & Shop and Whole Foods), shopping (small coastal shops and big box retailers), restaurants and galleries very close to the house
We have high chair, pack and play and booster seat onsite so everything is there if you are traveling with kids.
We do not allow dogs or other pets for to stay at the house (although, depending on the age & type of dog, we may be able to make an exception). We do want people to know that it is not a pet free house all year round.
We provide sheets and towels for your stay.
