The Lake House at Swann's Marina and Campground hosts amazing Lake Front and Marina view's overlooking Lake Douglas in Dandridge TN.
This beautifully furnished home has three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, an open Living Room / Kitchen concept, Wifi, Smart Televisions in all rooms, all linens and kitchen appliances and dishes, a Carport and a furnished covered porch with a firepit out front along with a picnic table and gas grill. This home also includes a golf cart that seats 6 people.
We are within close proximity to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge but far enough away to relax and unwind at the end of a long day or enjoy fishing off your boat or one of ours. We have a full-service boat marina onsite with a boat launch, ship store, pontoon boat, kayak and paddle board rentals not to mention a wonderful Restaurant!

Summary: We decided on a trip for a family christmas this year. and we was definitely not disappointed!! the kids loved being able to go outside. and me personally i love that they had a tree up inside the cabin so we didn’t have to go buy one!! spacious and clean. only thing we didn’t like was we couldn’t wash our own clothes but we just bagged them up and brought them home.
