This property is set up for fun. Covered patio for outdoor bbq and entertaining. Washer pits in the back yard. Croquet set and horseshoes provided. Electric bistro for easy grilling. Two 6' folding tables and patio chairs are on the patio. Portable covered fire pit for roasting marshmallows or added ambience. Follow the sidewalk to the boat house located on the water. Great for fishing, swimming, tubing, boating or just sitting back and watching the ducks and fish. Paddleboat and 3 kayaks are provided at no extra charge. Fully furnished house and well stocked kitchen. Just bring your food and paper goods. Full sized pool table in sun room. No towels provided. Washer and dryer available. Outdoor shower so you can wash and shampoo after swimming in the lake.

Summary: Excellent. 2nd year to lease-great place for all ages. Close to water-great patio for cooking out and great kitchen for cooking in. Boat dock and pier for swimming, fishing - large floating lily pads for swimming fun. Excellent air conditioning. Highly recommend.
