Summary: Lovely home in lovely neighborhood, great view of bay through west-facing window-walls. Plenty of room for friends or families with children. Beds were very comfortable. Communication with owner was easy and he promptly responded. For renters, please tell people in your group: use only the deadbolt lock, and do not use the lock on the old doorknob - you will be locked out of the house until you can reach the owner by email or telephone.
