Vacation only a half mile to the famed Marginal Way and Perkins Cove and less than a mile to the sandy beaches of Ogunquit. Tucked in a neighborhood just off Shore Road, this home offers a perfect place to relax and enjoy each other’s company, while being only steps away from fantastic restaurants, shops, and the trolley stop!
This home is nestled on a hill overlooking Shore Road, making it an ideal location to easily walk to all of Ogunquit's famed amenities. The open concept floorplan offers a large eat-in kitchen, spacious living room, and a first level bedroom and full bath with a soaking tub. The living room features a vaulted ceiling with an open stairway to the second level, which is host to 2 bedrooms and a beautifully finished full bath. The wrap-around porch has a dining area with gas grill, and the grassy yard is perfect for lawn games or to simply sit back, relax, and enjoy the peaceful surrounding after a day at the beach.
Additionally the home includes air conditioning units, WiFi, Smart TV, fully stocked kitchen, washer/dryer, a beach cart, and all linens and bath towels! Bring your own beach towels and chairs please!
Small/Medium dog allowed with approval, payment of fee, and agreement of terms. Penalties will apply if a pet is brought without approval, payment, and agreement.
