The panoramic ocean and pier views from the kitchen, living room, dining room, and private deck are breathtaking. Just steps from the beach, the ocean breeze fills the home with cool and refreshing air and the smell of the ocean.
The complex, San Miguel IV, is located just one block north of the Pier and just 2 blocks from downtown Oceanside. Walk to the pier, restaurants, movie theater, shopping, farmers market, and more. A short walk takes you to the Oceanside Harbor Village where you can browse the shops, watch the sea lions, fish, or kayak.
Our home is very centrally located and a short drive (or train ride) to downtown San Diego, the world famous San Diego Zoo, Safari Park, Sea World, Legoland, Torrey Pines, San Diego Airport and all of the San Diego activities. Head north for less than an hour and you have Disneyland, Universal Studios, and the sites in and around Los Angeles. This is your perfect spot for a long or short Southern California stay!

Summary: The condo was excellent with exceptional views of the ocean and pier. There were surfers every day. Many days we saw dolphins and once we saw whales all from the balcony. The refrigerator malfunctioned during our stay. We contacted Julee and she immediately arranged for a repair. We would definitely consider this condo in the future when visiting Oceanside.
