Located in a family-friendly gated community, with access to a lavish clubhouse, this beach-themed home offers a unique combination of comfort and elegance.
After a day of sand and sunshine, retreat into the living area and turn on the flat-screen cable TV. As you watch your favorite shows, you'll feel the flames of the gas fireplace warm the whole room. There is also a children's area that offers 2 bean bag chairs and a flat-screen TV with a DVD player.
The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances and expansive granite countertops, making it easy for the chef of the group to whip up a 5-star feast. A gas grill is provided on the deck as well (you may need to provide gas).

Summary: My husband & our two boys (ages 8, 11) stayed at this property with another family. They had 3 kids (ages 10, 13, 13). The house itself was beautiful. Exactly as the pictures showed. It was the perfect amount of space for 2 families. We all felt like everyone had enough space. I believe the listing states the house sleeps 14. We had 9 people. There are pool bands that are required to wear when using the pool. There are only 8 bands provided. I contacted the owner and he stated he would try to get more, but probably wouldn’t have any luck & that we may have to take turns going to the pool. Luckily, we didn’t have a problem, but that was a little disheartening upon arriving, as we went on vacation to be together and we weren’t going to tell someone they had to take turns going to the pool. The owner himself was nice and responded fairly quick through text. While the house is beautiful, the development seemed very desolate. There were not a lot of people around & the ones that were around lived there full time. Some of them seemed “annoyed” that we were there with kids. While I understand that they pay a lot of money to have a condo there, it isn’t a great feeling to feel like you’re not wanted somewhere when you’re on vacation that you paid for. We also had to drive to use the pool which wasn’t ideal for us. It wasn’t too far of a ride to the beach, but the beach itself was ridiculously crowded. We drove to Ocean City and the beach was much better. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.
