3 Bedroom Cottage in Guntersville

Welcome to our Cozy Lake House Cottage. Beautiful sunsets on the lake right across the street with a nice view. Newly renovated 1960’s cottage - 3 bedroom, 2 full bath with original hardwood floors. Pool table in garage, Charcoal bbq grill, huge partially screened in back porch, large front patio with outdoor dining. Electric fireplace, flat screen TV with WiFi and cable, high speed internet and an office desk should you need to work while you’re there. Paved walking trail across the street that follows the lake. Food/shopping 2 minutes away. Large flat driveway for boats. Come and relax and unwind at our lake cottage with amazing sunsets and Mountain View’s right out the front door. We are no longer allowing pets at this property due to issues with people not pre approving, paying the fee or trying to sneak them in. IF YOU BRING A PET YOU WILL BE CHARGED A $500 fee and will be asked to leave the property immediately with no refund.
