This townhome is located on Prospect Mountain on a ridge overlooking the village of Hill City. Downtown is within walking distance. (Only a few minutes down hill but remember coming back is an ambitious uphill trek!) The deck offers spectacular views of the town and surrounding mountain vistas. This has become a favorite setting for motorcyclists, ATV enthusiasts, classic and vintage car owners due to paved roads to the doorstep and a double car garage. We have off street parking for trailers on an empty lot on the Sluice Run cul de sac. Also, a perfect spot for family gatherings.
Three bedrooms and three bathrooms make this townhome popular for couples traveling together as well as a family group. There is a gas grill and outdoor tables and chairs on the deck expanding across the front of the rental.
The primary bedroom has a king bed with an en-suite bathroom and walk-in closet. Wall A/C unit and cable TV for the master bedroom. The other two bedrooms have a queen bed in each with a ceiling fan and ample closet space! The bathrooms are adjacent to each of the bedrooms with queen beds. A portable queen size folding mattress in the living room is recommended for children only.
The open kitchen/dining and living room area also has a wall A/C unit and flat screen TV with cable. Unlimited internet access.
