Summary: I am typically provided a binder, email, or paper with more details and instructions regarding the property and expectations. Specifically, the check-out process such as "strip the sheets", "throw towels in the washer", or "empty garbage cans". There wasn't any info shared beyond the check-in/ -out times and code to get in. As such, we did a quick and basic tidy. The house is small, but clean and nice. A bathroom fan would be helpful. The location turned out to be great for the events we were in town for.
