Best Back 40 Cabin in the woods! You've found your home away from home! This bike-friendly cabin bungalow is THE PERFECT destination retreat. Whether you plan to explore all of what gorgeous Northwest Arkansas has to offer, or if you plan to stay on two wheels on the trail, this is the place for you! Enjoy the natural scenery surrounding you as you relax on either of the two LARGE covered porches on this corner lot tucked away just steps from the Back 40 trails. Yep, you heard me right, WALK OR BIKE to the trail, NO CAR NECESSARY! :) Also know that there are no surveillance cameras to intrude on your privacy!
Gather around the roaring fire pit or take a cat nap under the trees in the hammock. Do whatever your heart desires because you will feel right at home!
Full kitchen with all utilities you can imagine.
The basement apartment is the owners residence when she is not traveling. I can be rented at certain times of the year with advance notice. Message Linda if you are interested in booking the entire property.
You of course will have access to all of the upstairs residence including the utility room, porches, and firepit as well as the covered carport. There is also room to park across the street as long as you do not block the unpaved portion of Northampton Dr.
This property is not suitable for children under 12. Please message Linda to discuss. Infants not walking are fine.

Summary: This property is beautiful! Located in the woods at the end of a paved road in northwest Arkansas, very close to the Missouri border. It has a woodsy, log cabin feel with a large porch at the front of the facility. The back porch has a nice balcony as well, looking over the garden and more feeders. The home owner, Linda is a dear, sweet person. She is artistic, enjoys gardening, does projects on the property and displays lots of feeders for birds, squirrels, chipmunks, etc. Not to mention that she is very accommodating and relaxed - we couldn’t have asked for a better host and home! We highly recommended this location to anyone who is looking for a quiet getaway in the woods!
