Positive: Staff were very helpful. Bathrooms good. Good choice at breakfast. Appreciate the pool, private outdoor area and parking. Good location in central Chippenham as that was were we wanted to be. Quick access of motorway.
Negative: Bedroom furniture tired, but comfortable nevertheless. Appreciate pricing is dynamic but expensive for a town like Chippenham.
Summary: Very pleasant and just what we needed.
