Positive: The value can't be beat, cheapest place we found not too far from the ocean (with no dog fee). Only 20 minutes from Dewey Beach at $550 for 4 nights was a good deal. It was nice to have a washer and dryer and two bathrooms.

Negative: Beware of hidden dog fee. Although the listing states there MAY be a pet fee and to contact property for pet fee, there was NOWHERE on the reservation page to indicate we were bringing dogs. I noticed after the fact and contacted them. They were going to charge $150!!! Booking.com customer service was no help whatsoever. Luckily I remembered that our service dogs are exempt from pet fees. In addition, the property is lacking in basic amenities such as hand soap (empty bottles) and NO potholders. Who takes potholders on vacation with them? It's a bit run down, scratched and chipped baseboards, wall corners, laundry door has huge gouges from someone shutting an animal in there.

Summary: I'd stay there again, simply due to the value and location
