Positive: It was a late night check-in between flights that worked well - a single room in shared apartment. Got my shower and sleep a bit. Thanks to the staff member that explained everything remotely. As a layover room for a short period of time it's acceptable and the price is fair.
Negative: Poor sound isolation in the room... No signs before booking that that this will be a shared apartment.
Summary: As a layover room for 5 hours between flights it was okay. Got a shower and sleep a bit.
