Sparkling clean cozy 3/2 vacation home. We have a Heated Pool (x-fee) for our winter vacationers. Boaters love this place. Close to launch. At the end of the day... jump in the pool and enjoy the sunset over the lake. Even go for a swim at night under the stars. Our home is located on the lake side north end of town. Walking distance to Mesquite Bay where you can kayak and/or paddle board. All the comforts of home. Sleeps 6 comfortably but can accommodate 8 at most. The twin beds are extra long, and the Master bed is a Cal King. Kitchen has all amenities. Outdoor covered grill. We also have flat screens TV's, WiFi, Cable and board games, ping pong and darts. We have a coyote safe doggie poo area for the safety of your pets. BBQ, Pergola by the pool (beautiful Travertine Tile), where you can sit and watch the sunset. We want our place to be your home away from home. Most all our guest come back every year. You won’t be disappointed!! 😎

Summary: Great location that’s close to everything and a short walk to the lake. Kim & Toby’s house was very welcoming, super clean, cozy and well stocked with everything you could want. Pool and backyard was immaculate and great for swimming, lake views and just lounging. It definitely felt like home and we didn’t want to leave! Kim was an absolutely amazing host. Can’t wait to stay there again!! Thanks for sharing your little piece of paradise with us!
