Summary: Property is nice. Outdoor gardens, relaxing area by the river. The kitchen is not well equipped. We bought a coffee maker and some utensils. cabinets and drawers are fairly dirty. Microwave needed scrubbed before we dared use it. Overall, the place needed a deep clean/ dusting and grounds were very overgrown with weeds. Luckily the lawn was mowed on day 2. Manager is very friendly and great to work with. The weather was beautiful and we were disappointed that the pool was not open.
