Grand Caribbean 317 East is a coveted end unit with a wrap-around balcony, located on the gulf side of the building. The balcony offers beautiful gulf views and beach music, also known as the relaxing sound of the waves. You will love the convenience of the private boardwalk allowing access to the Gulf of Mexico. The secure complex is gated and has a seasonally heated pool and hot tub. In Perdido Key, life long memories are made on the delicate sugar-white sand beaches and warm emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Enjoy a bike ride along Johnson Beach Road to visit Rosamond Johnson Gulf Island National Seashore or The Shops at Villagio. Take a dip in the Grand Caribbean East pool, enjoy the warm Florida sunshine on one of the balconies, or play a free round of golf on the greens at the Lost Key Golf Club.
