Summary: The cabin was cute! Extremely clean and had just about everything we needed. Larger than it looks. Very private. Loved the woods. The rules were a little strict, in my opinion. But probably fine for most people. A couple things to note for future stays: bring paper towel, long lighter & hatchet (there's plenty of wood, but the logs were big and not split) The beginning of the trail behind the house is not marked or really visible, but if you just walk straight back, you will reach it! It took us a bit to figure that out. It did take the full 2+ weeks to get our $1,500 security deposit back because they do actually charge your card, not just a hold. So just expect that.
