Positive: Amazing view and location! Loved being so close to all the harbor activity! Spent most of our time on that wonderful front porch.
Negative: We discovered the coffepot was broken when we got there on Friday. We finally got a replacement on Sunday. That was a disappointment because we had queried ahead of time what the coffepot set up was and had brought our special coffee along only to find out that the glass carafe was broken. We ended up buying some Keurig cups to get us by. Our only other complaint was that the upstairs bedrooms were a little warm at night, especially the one closest to the shipyard. We couldn't open enough windows there to get good air flow.
Summary: Wonderful family house in the heart of Boothbay Harbor.
