Positive: The apartment is beautiful and the rooms are very big. Each room has a bathroom plus there is a guest bathroom around the living area. It was very clean and everything you could need is available. There is a good bakery nearby and a store for all the basic needs in about 5 minutes of walking. We had a great time and communication with Nico was super easy.
Negative: The parking for the car is extremely difficult if you are not used to narrow streets. The location is great if you want silence but the city centre is quite far away so Uber was a must for us.
