This apartment enjoys a spacious and comfortable living area with a beautiful connecting dining room with a somewhat Haussmannian-looking living room.
The whole enjoys two fireplaces as well as a nice height under ceilings and pretty mouldings that bring a certain atmosphere to this room. To complete the whole, a shooting balcony will allow you to contemplate the city-close and enjoy the rising sun.
Perfect for a family stay, the atypically structured apartment has a simple and functional kitchen (with a Krups Nespresso coffee maker), a bathroom with bathtub, a child's bedroom with bunk beds and a large master bedroom.
