This home, off of Stephen Hands Path has been built with year round comfort in mind.
The first floor features an open floor plan encompassing living room, kitchen and breakfast area with a fireplace and junior master bedroom en suite with soaking tub. There is a formal dining room with butler's pantry. Multiple entry/exits from living/dining space leads to a stone patio and covered porch for the ideal transition from indoors to out. Summary: Gracious, responsive hosts. Good location, very close to beach and town, however you do hear airplanes and the train from time to time. Good area for walking, biking, running. The house is spacious and new. The cleaning service could be improved. A finished basement with a gym would be a welcome addition.
