Our brand new fully-furnished studio suites include private kitchenettes with quartz countertops, abundant built-in storage, and large double-paned windows natural lighting. This is a great opportunity to stay in a stylish community without being far from all of the best that Oakland has to offer. This is the perfect location to live, work and play! We are minutes away from the West Oakland Farmers Market, close all major AC transit lines and BART, as well as many local cafe's and restaurants
The Space:
To elaborate, this is a studio not a home. The building itself is set up like a collection of townhouse-style buildings with 5 separate studio suites. Each studio has a private bedroom area, bathroom, and kitchenette with a mini fridge, toaster oven, microwave, and countertop 2-burner hot plate, so you can easily cook from inside the studio. The first-floor common area has the main kitchen, dining table, and laundry. All property doors are access-controlled via a key fob, and only you will be able to access your private studio door. There is one studio on the first floor, two on 2nd, and two on 3rd.
