Summary: My wife, 10 month old daughter and I stayed at this property. The cottage is nice but we ran into an issue the second day with an ant infestation. That contaminated some of our belongings. We contacted the owner and their reply at first was extremely nonchalant saying “this happens.” After some back and forth with VRBO customer service and the owner the only resolution offered was either leave the property with a refund or ant traps being brought to the property. They weren’t 100 percent effective.The property itself was lacking privacy with the kitchen and sliding glass door being completely exposed with no blind or shutters. The location itself wasn’t ideal as there was early morning weekend construction and late night parties in neighboring houses. I wouldn’t suggest staying here with your family.
