SUPER CLEAN and fresh, comfy and cozy…our home features spectacular unobstructed views of Mt. San Jacinto and San Georgonio! Located in a SUPER QUIET elevated lot on the golf course, spend your mornings enjoying coffee, hummingbirds and breath-taking sunrises!
STAR-GAZE while lounging in your own private and newer 6-person HOT TUB. Enjoy a friendly game of billiards or darts or head out back to the outdoor ping pong table! Numerous games, puzzles and stocked with a Firestick and DVD's. It is less than 5 minute walks to quiet (less populated) trail heads for hiking and less than a 5 minute walk to the main clubhouse of the country club where a huge year-round heated pool, hot tubs, tennis courts, and golf course await. Off roading and cycling with easy access to trail heads. You may also elect to walk to the club house for the restaurants and bar.
WHOLE HOUSE water filter and softening system added 4/2021. Hard flooring in bedrooms (allows for thorough sanitizing of floors between guests.) 20 minute drive to Palm Springs and 30 minute drive to Joshua Tree and to East Side destinations such as the Indian Wells Tennis gardens.
The house is FULLY STOCKED with all of the comforts of home. If you want a clean, QUIET, cozy, safe and fun get-away, you have found the one!

Summary: The house was very clean, and the furniture and kitchen equipment was all in very nice condition, so we felt at home right away. The house was well-supplied with the items (toilet paper, dishwasher tablets, etc.) that it is a nuisance to have to buy for a short stay. Enjoyed the quiet veranda with resident hummingbirds and distant snow-covered mountains. Really appreciated the level-two charger, so we could charge our electric car at the house in the evenings and didn't need to make any charging stops during our day trips. The house is well located between Joshua Tree and Palm Springs, though we didn't get the sense that the immediate vicinity (a suburb around golf course seemingly out in the middle of nowhere) had much to offer us (golf is not our vibe). We didn't visit the adjacent town (Desert Hot Springs). Hosts were friendly and responsive by text. Would stay there again if we revisit the area.
