This apartment occupies the entire second floor of a two-story corner building located in the heart of the Sunset District. 5 minutes walk to Golden Gate Park and Irving Street shopping district with tons of retail, grocery stores, restaurants, bakeries and banks. N-Muni within the same block to downtown or to ocean beach! The entire floor has 4 bedrooms and 2 baths, one in the master suite, one in the hallway, one fully equipped kitchen with a small table and four chairs, and one large private porch accessible through two back bedrooms.
This property is located centrally in San Francisco with easy access to many beautiful attractions, delicious food and entertainment. Walk 2 blocks north to Golden Gate Park, 3 blocks to buzzing Irving St, 20 blocks west to Ocean Beach. You can take the N-Judah to Ocean Beach in a few minutes. A couple of grocery stores and convenience stores are within a few minute walk. One block north is bustling Irving Street lined with shops, bakeries, bars and restaurants of many authentic American, Chinese, Japanese, Vietnamese, Tai and Mexican food. Many of them open until late night.
This property is near multiple Muni and bus lines that span virtually every corner of the city. The N-Judah metro train runs in front of the building and stops at the end of the block. The outbound train takes you to Ocean Beach in a few minutes. Inbound train takes you to UCSF in 5 minutes, downtown San Francisco within 30 minutes.
Be aware that the Muni cars can be noisy when they run by the building. It may not be an ideal location if you are a light sleeper, or prefer very quiet location.
