Beautiful, lofty, open & spacious 1600 sq. ft. modern beach house on West Island.
Minutes away from the town beach as well as several smaller more private beaches- all within walking distance. Fenced in backyard if you'd like to bring your dog or just have some privacy. Or if you'd rather have a night out on the town, head to Off the Hook Bar & Grille for some live music & delicious eats and drinks. Lots of local places to hike & the bike trail is just moments away.
Kitchen is well equipped with full size stainless steel refrigerator, stove and dishwasher. Kitchen island seats 2 and is a great place to have your morning coffee.
Living room has cathedral ceilings with skylights making for a very open, light and spacious space. It is open to the kitchen as well as to the dining room which has a dining table that seats six. There is a large, comfortable sofa and club chair with ottoman.
Lovely full private bedroom on first floor with a king size bed.
Bathroom has a full size shower and is located on the first floor.

Back yard is fully fenced in with fire pit and propane grille. Lots of seating for all and a great spot to play outdoor games and have a cocktail! Also a great place for your dogs to run free!
Upstairs is an open airy loft with a very comfortable Ikea sleeper sofa and skylights. There is also a small sleeping loft that is equipped with an air mattress so you have a choice of sleeping arrangements. In addition there is a large private bedroom with a queen size bed. Work space is also located in the loft.
If you like to kayak or paddle board, there are lots of spots to drop right in the water. Smaller beaches just a couple minute walk from the house. Larger beach is about a 10 minute walk.
