Parking – Each apartment has one assigned spot (HAZ 5 = Spot #5). Do not use other units’ spaces. Street parking is available, but please avoid blocking driveways.
Pets
• All pets must be approved by the host. An additional fee applies.
• Unauthorized pets will incur $500 extra fee.
Mid-Stay Cleanings – Required weekly for extended stays (7+ nights). Fee applies.
