Positive: Easy to find & park at. Great location easy ten mins walk from the Waterside theatre where we were going to see an evening show. Nicely decorated room, comfy bed, despite the soft mattress. Friendly breakfast staff, and nice breakfast that was included in the room rate.

Negative: It took a while for the staff to appear at the bar so we could check in, and again for breakfast in the morning. It was on a main road I understand that but it was so noisy with traffic all through the day and night. The headboard padding on the bed was very patchy with areas ripped/shredded off. The room was high priced we felt.
