Summary: This is a strange place... Clearly it has been renovated recently, but it's lacking in so many ways.. Generally, the staff are super-helpful, and I won't fault them. The hotel is actually two separate properties on Mount Pleasant, and the rooms in the building further up the street are really small... In the other building the rooms are bigger, but I was surprised to find that there are not bedside tables or lights, so all you have is the ceiling lights... The bathroom is fine, but my room had the tiniest hand basin I'd ever seen, and whilst a kettle is provided in the room, it is impossible to fill it up from the tap... Still, it's central with some good places to eat nearby, but I'm pretty sure you could do better for the same money elsewhere...
