The 1st Guest Room has a king-sized bed and en-suite full bathroom, the 2nd Guest Room has a queen-sized bed & the 3rd Guest Room has 4 single (bunk) beds. There is a full bathroom in the hall for bedrooms 2 & 3. There is a half bath downstairs in the entertaining area.
The beach is a mere 5-minute walk from the front door. The property is 6 blocks from the beach and within walking distance of many local restaurants.
All reservations canceled 48 hours or more from the booking date are subject to a $150 cancellation fee. Reservations canceled for any reason within 60 days of the date of arrival will result in forfeiture of the RENTAL DEPOSIT (50% of the original rental rate plus all taxes and fees). Reservations canceled within 15 days of the date of arrival will result in forfeiture of the entire rental amount, including all taxes, fees, and rental deposits.

We think not.Tybee does have two Dog Parks located at the intersection of Van Horne and Fort Streets between the Police Station and River's End Campground and RV Park. For practical reasons, the dog parks are only open from dawn ‘til dusk.
