The third bedroom is equipped with a single bed, a desk, drawers, and ample space to hang clothes. This versatile space can be utilized as a private workspace, a bedroom, or a combination of both.
For your convenience, the unit offers a main bathroom equipped with a tub and shower, alongside the en-suite bathroom, providing two well-appointed bathroom spaces for our valued guests.
Coffee and Tea Lovers Rejoice! This unit offers a stocked coffee and tea bar for your convenience and comfort. While it is well stocked we can't promise 'all you can drink' as caffeine habits widely vary ;)
Here you will find our kitchen is well stocked with cooking utensils, pots, pans, etc should you choose to cook during your stay. You can truly feel that this is your home away from home! Or feel like eating out? No problem! There are restaurants that range from family dining, upscale casual, fast food, chains (such as Moxies), to takeout are all options nearby.
Guests have access to the yard, including a front patio with a small table and chairs so you can enjoy the fresh air. Please note, a BBQ will be provided in the spring and summer months, however, no BBQ is left outside during the winter months
This is only the top floor unit and does not include the basement unit. The Units are separated with no stairs or connections inside.

Our home is an older cottage style house that is well maintained and updated with modern amenities, such as air conditioning, washer, dryer, dishwasher, microwave, stove, oven and high speed internet.
If you are working while traveling there is a work station that includes a desk, adjustable desk chair, and high speed internet suitable for video conferencing/zoom calls.
A full-sized washer and dryer are also available within the unit for guests to use as they need.
Extra blankets, towels, and face cloths are also provided.
This is a completely private upstairs unit. There is no indoor or outdoor access in between upstairs and downstairs units so you have complete privacy.
Please note that the parking for both units is in behind the house to ensure there is ample parking for both units with no risk of either vehicles being blocked in. As such, this does mean that the lower level unit will have access to the back yard ONLY for parking. The lower level unit is also pet friendly so while the main/upstairs unit has back yard and front yard access we do require that all pets are leashed when outside and completely under your control due to the parking area being a shared space. We recommend bringing a long leash to allow you and your pet to enjoy the space of the back yard while ensuring they are also under your control and cannot approach guests in the parking area.
There are many local attractions nearby such as Frenchman's Bay, beautiful beaches, the waterfront trail, restaurants, and shopping. Easily get to downtown Toronto via the Pickering Go-Train station which is a 15 min walk. There are frequent trains that go direct to downtown Toronto in only 40 mins. Or if driving easily get downtown via the nearby 401. Other attractions such as the Toronto Zoo are located within a short 15 minute drive.
